Some may think this an odd memory, but I recall the moment well.  It was the morning of  the great day and I was beetling away helping to get everything ready, when Den made a   very important proclamation.  I was to be in charge of preparing the egg sandwiches! This was a very great honour and since then my egg sarnies are always in great demand and    whenever I make them I think of that day!

It was also the day I felt I became an honarary member of the Adams family, a position I   cherish.
